We had a big year with the RC44 class in 2019 supplying 4 teams with waterproof spinnaker bags. For 2020 we’ve dialled in the design and specifications of the bags and stepped it up a level with a new fabric that saves weight (and looks awesome).

Description

We’ve been supplying custom waterproof bags to grand-prix teams for the past few years. The original concept started as a niche product for one or two TP52 teams then in 2019 we created a new, slightly more durable version for 4 of the RC44 fleet. From these early bags we’ve tweaked the design and materials to the current versions that we’ve now supplied to Cape 31s all the way up to the Botin 85 Deep Blue.

These roll-top bags are fully watertight meaning you can save kilos in unnecessary weight by keeping your kites dry, score valuable seconds at the windward marks with quicker hoists as well as vacuum packing the bags to make storage and stacking easier when offshore.
